Wine Tour Policy
We at Lucky Limousine are proud of the quality of service we provide our Clients. In an effort to enhance your wine tasting experience, we would like to share with you our Wine Tour Policy and we ask that you share this Policy with your guests.
Wineries require appointments for groups larger than six persons. If your group needs appointments, our wine concierge will make the appointments for you. Our chauffeurs will call each winery the day of your wine tour to announce your arrival.
If your group wants to have lunch at a winery, please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements with the winery to use the winery’s picnic area. Our chauffeurs and hosts will prepare the picnic area for you and will clean the area before leaving the winery. If you would like us to arrange for a catered lunch, please let us know at least five days in advance of your tour.
Our chauffeurs will respect the parking areas designated by the wineries.
Our introductory welcome to you and your guests will include a discussion about proper etiquette in the tasting rooms. Remember: Photo ID is required for anyone appearing 30 years of age or younger.
Our chauffeurs and/or hosts will be available to assist your group in the tasting room with introductions, purchases, directions to restrooms, etc.
Tasting fees need to be paid to each winery. Please designate one person in your group to collect and pay the tasting fees before tasting begins. Only tasting room staff may pour wine in the tasting rooms. Wineries require that their guests use designated restrooms and allow smoking only in designated smoking areas. They also require any alcohol that your group brings with it on the tour to stay in the vehicle at all times.
Lucky Limousine and the wineries reserve the right to refuse further service to any group that fails to follow winery policies or becomes too loud, disruptive, intoxicated or is disrespectful to the winery staff or Lucky Limousine personnel. If a winery or our chauffeur refuses further service to your group for any of these reasons, your wine tour will end and the chauffeur will take your group to your pre-arranged final drop off location. The Client will not receive a refund and will be charged in full for our services.
Lucky Limousine is eager to bring together our clients and a friendly winery to further your enjoyment of your wine tasting experience. We want you to have a wonderful time. If your group decides to extend the wine tour, additional time will be billed to the Client in ˝ hour increments.
