We at Lucky Limousine are proud of the quality of service we provide our Clients. In an effort to enhance the Prom experience, we would like to
share with you our Prom Service Policy.
We require the Client to be familiar with and agree to follow our Prom Service Policy. We require a telephone number of an adult to contact
in the event of an emergency. Our chauffeurs will respect our guests as young adults and will take them wherever they want to go unless the
client or designated adult advises us in writing (email: limo@besolucky.com) at least two days before the prom that the chauffeur is instructed
to follow the scheduled itinerary.
Damages and Refunds
1. Each vehicle is inspected prior to, during and after each rental. The Client shall be responsible for the cost of any repair to the vehicle
that is necessary because of damage caused to the vehicle by the passengers. Damage includes, but is not limited to, breakage, burns, interior
or external damage to the vehicle and any interior cleaning required because of mistreatment of the vehicle.
2. A 1/3 deposit is required to reserve services. The balance is due in full one week prior to date of service. If we receive a written request
for cancellation one week prior to date of service, we will refund 95% of your deposit if you paid by credit card and 100% of your deposit if you
paid in cash.
3. A credit card is required to be on file to cover:
a) the cost of any services in excess of the scheduled time (billed in ½ hour increments);
b) any damage to our vehicles caused by passengers; and
c) alteranative transportation if any passenger violates our Rules of Conduct.
Rules of Conduct
1. No illegal activity shall be conducted in or near our vehicles.
2. No alcoholic beverages or controlled substances will be allowed in or near our vehicles.
3. No smoking (Oregon Law) is allowed in our vehicles.
4. Only factory sealed non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in our vehicles. We will provide water.
5. All large bags and large purses will be placed in the trunk while passengers are being transported.
6. Passengers shall not become intoxicated, aggressive, disruptive or be disrespectful to the chauffeur. The chauffeur has the right to terminate service
if he or she believes that any passenger
a) is intoxicated or under the influence of controlled substances;
b) has put the vehicle, other passengers or the chauffeur at risk of harm; or
c) has violated our Rules of Conduct.
If the chauffeur terminates services, he or she will call the designed adult and take the passengers to the pre-arranged drop off location unless the chauffeur
decides to arrange alternative transportation. The Client will be charged in full for our services and will not receive a refund.
The Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Lucky Limousine & Towncar Service, LLC, its employees and agents harmless from any damages that may arise
as a direct or indirect result of any passenger’s violation of our Rules of Conduct.
